Q: Is it free?
A: Yes.

Q: How do I upload images?
A: To upload, you are required to make a account. After doing so, you can upload by clicking uploadr on the navigation bar and then the hyperlinked word upload.

Q: How do I make an Account?
A: Click on the register button from the navigation bar and follow what it says to do.
Afterwards, you will need to confirm your account through email.

Q: How do I confirm my Account?
A: Simply click the link in the email sent to the email address you registered with.
You may need to check your email's spam box as it may have been mistaken for spam.

Q: I gave a wrong email during sign-up, what should I do?
A: Inactive accounts are deleted once every 48 hours, so try signing up the next day with a valid email address.

Q: Can I upload images related to anything other than the Phantasy Star Series?
A: No. PSUtopia was made for PS images only.

Q: What do credits do, and how do I earn them?
A: Credits will allow you to buy special things in the future, such as changing the design of your Resident ID card. You earn 1 credit every time someone positively rates an image you uploaded.

Q: Why won't the avatar I'm putting in work?
A: Avatars must be 100x100 pixels ONLY and in a jpg, gif, or png format (animated gifs, will only use the first frame). This is to avoid hideous resizing, as we like to keep our ID Cards pretty.

Q: I got a negative rating! Will this affect my credits?
A: No. Credits are not subtracted for negative ratings.

Q: What are tags?
A: Tags are words that are related to the image you are uploading. They will be used for search and other functions that are coming soon. For example "illuminus" "weapon" "monster" "casino" "whip" are all tags that could be associated with an image and will help in searching.

Q: Who is Tessa?
A: Tessa is PSUtopia's mascot character and is copyright by neobunny.
Theft or misuse of Tessa is strictly prohibited. Fanarts/Giftart of Tessa are allowed so long as it is done in good taste.

Q: I found a (Bug/Error/Something bad), how can I report this?
A: Send an email to tessa@psutopia.net, and an Architect will get right on it.

Q: I have a (Idea/Suggestion) for PSUtopia!
A: Wonderful, we're always looking to improve PSUtopia in any way possible, so again just send an email to tessa@psutopia.net, clearly stating your idea/suggestion and if its sensible enough, it may actually get implemented!

Q: Is there a Chat Room for PSUtopia?
A: We have a PSUtopia IRC Channel! Here you can chat and get to know your fellow PSUtopia Residents and speak with the PSUtopia Architects. The IRC server is irc.rizon.net, port 6667, and the channel is #PSUtopia. If you don't have an IRC client, you can use JAVA based chat here and type "/join PSUtopia" - Hope to see you there!
